Lucinda heads up our New Business and Sales sectors, onboarding new landlords and guiding sellers through the process of marketing and selling their homes with her attention to detail and dedicated approach. With experience across the property market, she is on hand to offer her expertise on anything from investment to sales strategies. Outside of work, Lucinda has a keen interest in the wine industry, and is WSET qualified.
Shannon McLaughlan
Property Administrator
Shannon provides invaluable support to our property teams, joining us this year and bringing with her experience in a fast-moving Glasgow property auction company. Shannon is working towards her Propertymark Qualifications Award in the Sale of Residential Property while assisting with our Sales, Lettings and Factoring departments. When not at work, Shannon enjoys spending her time hill-walking.
Claire Bingham
Lettings and Inventory
Claire is our resident whirlwind, spending much of her time out of the office at our properties. With 10 years of experience in a management role in the retail industry, she applies her precision and customer service focus to her role in Lettings looking after our Landlords and managing property inspections and valuations. When not at work, Claire is busy looking after her young family.
Sophie Brannigan
Office Manager
Sophie captains the ship as our Office Manager. With a background in management and training, she ensures processes are followed, targets met and that we are all pulling together as a team. In her spare time, Sophie is a keen actor, having performed in many shows throughout Scotland.
Jay Singh
Director
Jay, our Managing Director took over the family business in 2009. And has since grown Regent Property into one of Glasgow’s most trusted property companies. Integrity, professionalism and trust are the key values which he instils into the business and underpins everything we do. When he’s not working, Jay is a devoted father to his young daughter and provides advice and support to various local and international charitable organisations.
Alison McCoy
Business Support
Alison is a long-standing member of the team having been with Regent Property for six years. With a previous distinguished career in the corporate world, her role is that of Business Support Manager which covers everything from compliance to marketing. In her spare time, Alison is an artist who produces oil paintings for exhibitions and sale.
Hannah Gillies
Apprentice
Hannah has almost completed her apprenticeship program with us, learning about all aspects of the property business and gaining valuable experience in office administration.
