I started Quealy & Co in 1989 in the depths of the recession initially selling properties and progressed into lettings and financial services in 1991. I grew up in Sittingbourne and have always lived in the area with my wife and children. I had several years' experience in estate agency before starting out and now I have a real grasp of the local market. I take pride in my work and always strive to offer a professional and personal service to my clients. I continually keep the phrase " if you look after people today they will come back and see you tomorrow" in the forefront of my mind at work. I am a member of The National Association Of Estate Agents and The Association Of Residential Lettings Agents and I am regulated by The Financial Services Authority. I am quite happy to abide by the professional standards required by each of these organisations.

I have lived and worked in Kent for much of my life which gives me an understanding for people's local requirements and enables me to provide a genuine and thorough knowledge about what the area has to offer. Whilst raising my family I recognised my passion for property, developing and refurbishing a number of my own. At present I am completing a renovation on my current home which is something I take great pleasure in. I feel this experience gives me an empathy and understanding of what clients want in their property search and enables me to offer real advice on the potential of each property viewed. After my children left home I decided to pursue my love of property and use my background in sales by joining the estate agency world. I have been working with Quealy & Co since early 2011 and I am known for my eye for design and attention to detail. I enjoy the challenges of understanding client needs and providing a service that is second to none. Meeting new people and offering a professional and unique service are why I enjoy the job so much. In my spare time I love bootfairs, art, antiques, books and sunshine.

I joined Quealy & Co in March 2012 and although dealing with all aspects of Residential Estate Agency, I have been specialising in the valuing part of the role. To assist with my day to day practical knowledge I have attended various National Association of Estate Agents training courses, and am currently studying for further qualifications through the College of Estate Management to increase my knowledge in both the residential and commercial sectors. Having lived in the town for the past 19 years I have a gained a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the local area and have witnessed first hand the continued growth of Sittingbourne itself, including the building of new developments and the improved transport connections which now link Sittingbourne with other major towns and Cities. When away from the office I am a very sociable person and enjoy nothing more than spending time with friends and family. I participate in a wide range of sporting activities and have been known to play the odd round of golf at weekends. I am currently a member at Faversham Golf Club and have a playing handicap of 3, I enjoy participating in competitions around the County and also enjoy competing as part of Faversham Golf Club's 'A' Team.

I first started working part time in estate agency in Canterbury in 1991 and after raising my son, returned full time in 2006 to the role of Negotiator to Senior Sales Manager and Valuer for 2 corporate estate agencies in Whitstable. Having worked in finance and the customer service industry since leaving school I recognise the importance of providing a high level of service and strive to provide openness, honesty , good communication and care to all my clients throughout the home moving experience. In my spare time I love to be outdoors and enjoy running around the countryside where I live, rolling around the park at a British Military Fitness session and gardening

I joined my brother Dee in 2002 initially as a sales negotiator having worked for a large lettings agent in Kensington and Chelsea. I worked closely with Dee in all aspects of the business until we responded to changes in the industry and I undertook training to qualify as an Energy Assessor, setting up my own business in 2007. Since that time I have continued to work closely with the sales and lettings businesses providing Energy Performance Certificates and offering Quealy & Co clients property advice. It has been a pleasure to work closely with a family business whose aim is to do the best for their clients.

I started offering compliance services at Quealy & Co Financial Services in October 2006 having worked previously in the financial services industry for 13 years. Whilst initially responsible for mortgage compliance, I have subsequently expanded my business to enabling me to offer accountancy and bookkeeping services to the Quealy & Co Sales and Lettings businesses. I hold the full Financial Planning Certificate and more recently became an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Bookkeepers. I am pleased that the services I offer assist Quealy & Co in continuing to be the first choice for people in and around the Sittingbourne area.

I became associated with Quealy and Co Financial Services in 2002. I commenced my career in the Financial Services Industry in 1984 prior to the emergence of LAUTRO and then the FSA. I qualified for my Financial Planning certificate in 1997 and went on to increase my qualifications in May 2002 when I passed the Mortgage Advice Qualification soon after my association with Quealy & Co started. I have a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage market, and in particular in the Buy To Let market, and I am confident that this knowledge adds to the rounded service that I am able to offer to Quealy & Co's clients

I had a very enjoyable 28 years working for the HSBC Group in London and overseas, from the time I left Borden Grammar School until I left them in 2003. I held various positions within the operational and Head Office Finance functions of the Group. I did some further work for HSBC and also some property development before joining Dee Quealy to set up Quealy and Co Residential Lettings in 2005 as a separate entity to the Sales and Financial Services businesses. Whilst separate, there is very close cooperation between us. I believe that my accounting background fits well with the sales and marketing skills of the rest of our team. We pride ourselves on our membership of ARLA, NAEA and The Property Ombudsman Service. We are committed to investment in our staff and allocate a significant annual budget to the training opportunities available to us from industry specialists. Apart from my time abroad with HSBC, I have lived in the Sittingbourne area all my life, which I feel gives me a great foundation for my current role.

I have an excellent understanding of personal finances and I have experience in accounting, payroll and book-keeping. I am passionate about giving outstanding service to my customers, taking a personal interest in their life & financial needs and always giving advice that is right for them. I have also been a very happy customer of Quealy and Co Financial Services for the last 6 years and I have always been impressed by their sincere customer focus and how easy it feels to conduct business with them. I am thrilled to be a part of the remarkable team here. I have been married since 2007 and now have a little girl born in 2018. I am relatively new to the Quealy & Co team and the property industry. I have over 5 years experience in sales and I also spent 3 years studying International Business Management In Southampton where I achieved a 2:1 BA Hons. In 2014 I decided to take a year out which I spent travelling around Australia and South East Asia. I have always had a particular interest in all aspects of property so I was thrilled when Quealy & Co offered me the position as Lettings Negotiator. It's an absolute pleasure working for a company that invest so much into their staff and takes such pride in the level of service they offer their clientele. I feel I have really settled in well in the short time I have been with the company and enjoy working with such a close knit group of people. I have attended numerous ALRA courses in London and passed my Level 2 Technical Award in Property Management and Lettings December 2015. In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and family, attending my weekly bootcamp and other fitness classes I also love to travel and enjoy learning and experiencing different culture.
