She qualified through the Federation of National Estate Agents and enjoys managing the Estate Agency with her son, Dean, and husband, Steve. Dawn loves entertaining and travelling, along with spending time spoiling her five beautiful grandchildren.
Steve Graham
Business Partner
Steve has been in the Financial Services business for over 34 years and is experienced in all aspects of it. He is a fully qualified Financial Advisor, specialising in pensions and investments. He enjoys watching football, including the highs and lows of Swindon Town FC. Steve’s favourite thing is the world though is spending time with his grandchildren and has resolved to teach at least one of them how to play football.
Dean Armstrong-Wilde
Business Partner & Sales/Lettings Valuer
Dean joined the business in 2005 and has his own rental property portfolio. He deals with the overall day to day running of Primary Homes and Lettings, including the daily challenges of a family run business. When he’s not in the office, he can either be found spending time with his daughters, Macy and Zara, or on the golf course.
Tamlin Carter
Office Manager
Tam deals with all aspects of the Sales & Lettings Departments and is renowned for her customer care attitude. She is an adept multi-tasker and enjoys the everyday challenges of liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues. Tamlin excels in helping people which shows in her work ethic. Originally from South Africa, once met, Tam is never forgotten. She also has a young daughter and son to keep her busy when not at work.

Wendy has worked in Sales & Lettings industry for over 14 years and is experienced in all aspects of selling & renting. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters and her young grandson, going to the cinema and is also our resident slimming recipe expert.
Kayleigh Bizley
Sales and Lettings Co-Ordinator
Kayleigh is part of the family and excels herself when dealing with clients. When not looking after her beautiful daughters, Ruby & Ella, she enjoys travelling and participating in village life.

Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Dan is a very experienced mortgage broker who is a valued member of the team. He enjoys helping his clients get the very best deal and always has a friendly smile. Dan is a motorbike enthusiast and loves nothing more than quiet weekends fishing.
