We are a family owned and run business with over 100 years of property experience, we have a in-depth knowledge of the property market and local areas. There has been a solicitors firm on our current site since 1960, Laurie Moran & Arthur were a well establish local firm with an excellent reputation for customer service. In 2008 London and Surrey Homes were established to offer a full estate agency service within the solicitors office at 240 Balham High Road, clients of both the solicitors and estate agency have commented on how successful the dual service has been and the benefit to their transaction. Our re-branding to Porters Estate Agents in October 2015 aims to enhance our local appeal and family values, with over 100 years of property experience, we have a in-depth knowledge of the property market and local areas.
