  Peter has over 20 years' experience within the property market-place. Peter has a reputation within the industry as being hands on and consistently involves himself in the day to day running of the business. Peter is well respected locally and always approachable, professional and has excellent business skills.

• Vicky Buswell

  Director

  Victoria has been married to Peter Buswell since 1996 and they have two gorgeous children. Victoria started her working career in The House of Commons where she stayed for 5 years before moving to Local Government and then head-hunted further to manage government-funded projects. In 2005 she completed the NAEA qualification and started as an estate agent before proceeding to undertake the ARLA qualification. She now owns, manages, and works with her husband at Peter Buswell Estate Agents.

  Sales Manager

  Michaela joined Peter Buswell Estate Agents in 2010. Previously she worked in Hotels in London within the front of house management. In 1989 she travelled overseas to The Maldives and Sri Lanka where she worked on the resort islands as the Guest Relations Officer and then went on to run her own Diving and Watersports Centre’s. With her management and guest courtesy skills together with her NAEA qualifications she is now Sales Manager for the company.

  Amy Drake

  Lettings Manager

  Amy has over 10 years’ experience in the Lettings Industry. After deciding to keep her passion for horse riding a hobby, Amy began her career in the Lettings Industry as a trainee for a small independent Agent in Tunbridge Wells. She worked her way up to Branch Manager achieving her ARLA qualifications along the way and then went on to work for Belvoir for 3 years. In 2014, Amy was approached by Bracketts Estate Agents and joined their firm as Residential Lettings Manager. In January 2017, Amy and her husband moved to Cranbrook and after enjoying a year’s maternity leave she joined Peter Buswell Estate Agents as Lettings Manager in August 2018.

  Sales Negotiator

  Samuel joined Peter Buswell Estate Agents in 2018. Samuel deciding against going to university despite having a confirmed place to study psychology and counselling. He decided that he wanted to start a career in estate agency. With living locally and excellent people skills, communication and a passion for property he has all the qualities required to make a great Estate Agent.

  Toby joined Peter Buswell Estate agents in 2022 having spent 3 years in the retail industry whilst deciding on his chosen career. During this time he learned valuable skills that has been able to transfer to Estate Agency including excellent communication and people skills and a good knowledge of the local area. Toby is proving to be a great addition to the Peter Buswell Team.
