Steven has been in the local commercial property market for over 25 years, having recently been a partner at a Brighton based commercial agency practice until January 2013 when he joined Oakley Commercial as a director. Steven advises on a leasehold & freehold acquisitions and disposals: Recent clients have included The Digital Property Group, F & C Reit, Rugby Asset Management, ING, Chelsea/Yorkshire Building Society, Grant Thornton Accountants and private property companies.
