Michael is the longest serving employee and is Naomi’s right-hand man at NJR. Her first love was Geology, now it’s being part of the NJR team as Senior Negotiator since 2014. Samantha spends her days valuing properties, preparing homes for the market, taking professional photos, 360 virtual tours, and floor plans. Between the office banter and watching the rugby, you may have spotted Samantha before on TV for NJR in the past - she’s definitely a superstar that’s for sure!
Rachael Gore
Senior Negotiator
Joining back in 2012 (and the second longest serving employee), Rachael has seen incredible growth at NJR. Her sweet tooth isn’t just for the office cakes, but for helping clients secure their dream home by carrying out viewings, liaising with solicitors and getting the best deals for her clients. As a Senior Negotiator, Rachael is one of the top dogs in the office and has earned trustworthy recognition. Just don’t let her put highlights in your hair (believe us on this one…).
Gemma Richards
Senior Negotiator
She might have walked over the Franz Josef Glacier but Gemma’s work ethic is far from cold. Gemma has been a permanent fixture in the office since 2016, doing what she knows and loves. Carrying out viewings is her favourite part of being a Sales Negotiator, getting out and about meeting new people in the heart of Exeter. Gemma’s years of experience makes her one of the best and even on the toughest days is always laughing with her team.
Kerry Hart MARLA
Lettings Manager
Our resident people person and Lettings Manager, Kerry, has been fine-tuning her skills since 2010. Gaining her ARLA qualification in 2014, she joined the NJR team in 2020 and is a big fan of the positive office vibes. With every front door she visits, Kerry’s equipped with tons of industry knowledge such as landlord and tenant laws, valuations, market appraisals and property management.
Ella Brown
Lettings Negotiator
With experience as a Lettings Negotiator, team player and professional dancer, Ella is a triple threat. Starting in 2021, she’s now at the forefront of all your letting needs from coordinating the viewings to drawing up tenancy agreements. Her expertise in the city will help you find the perfect location to rent, signed and sealed with some jazz hands.
Luke Woodland
Property Manager
Property Manager, Luke has built a fantastic rapport with our landlords and contractors since he joined us in January 2023. By day, he manages our property portfolio and looks after our landlords and tenants, and by night, hosting cocktail nights with friends or getting into the groove at a concert or music festival.
Abbey Drewe
Lettings Coordinator
Equestrian enthusiast, Abbey, cantered her way into the NJR team in August 2023. Having joined us as a Lettings Coordinator, she has years of experience under her belt in managing viewings, property inspections and rental applications. Not only does she love the family feel of our office, but in her spare time, she competes horses at a high level and dotes on her little girl.
