Having been established for 22 years, we are experts in our locality and have sold 1000's of properties in Bradford and beyond. We have a great team of customer service professionals. Should you be thinking of selling we are your one stop shop for all your property requirements. I have been President of the Bradford Estate Agents twice in 2011 and 2016, and have the distinction of being one of only 5 in the history of the Association to have done this. We offer all the latest marketing with the 4 leading portals, to secure a sale of your property, as long as the property is listed at the right price. The market is showing no signs of slowdown in Bradford post Brexit, but of course the London media would have you believe it has. We are not London and thank heavens we are not. We now have new links to Leeds by train at the new Apperley Bridge railway station opened November 2015, and the area of Thackley and Idle is being developed with new housing, restaurants and bars bringing a new cosmopolitan feel to the area. The internet is changing all forms of retail, just look down your local high street or city. We have adapted and kept ourselves at the forefront of the way you can sell your home. There will be less estate agents in the next 3-5 years, in some peoples opinion that would not be a bad thing. If the general public wish to pay a cheaper fee to sell then that is their perogative and we have adapted accordingly. The way of selling a home in England is now open to a vendor with various fee structures, online up front companies, part online/hybrid, all challenging and threatening the traditional model of selling your home through an estate agent. Several household large named estate agency companies are fighting back with alternative methods. That is business, and to survive one has to adapt. 2019 will certainly be interesting for the housing market, and no doubt the experts will make their new year predictions once again. We like to think we are always abreast of change, and you are welcome to discuss your house sale in 2019.
