  I began my career in agency nearly 10 years ago, initially as a negotiator in Notting Hill before moving over to south-west London. Since then I have worked in Clapham South, Battersea and Tooting, and have built up an intimate knowledge of the area which has allowed me to take the reigns of the Clapham South & Balham office. I believe Balham is one of the best places to live south of the river, and my aim is always to ensure our customers experience the best service in the area.

  Ben embarked on his career in estate agency in Manchester before moving to London and joining Marsh & Parsons. Ben previously worked in our Client Services department so his knowledge of the local markets is exceptional. Renowned within the business for being a people person, Ben pursued the path of a negotiator and was promoted to manager in our Battersea office before moving on to manage our Balham office.
