Although originally established in 1947, Mansell McTaggart was subsequently bought by two of the current Directors in 1989 and initially successfully operated as a one-office branch working out of Burgess Hill, West Sussex. The company rapidly moved forward and now boasts seventeen high-profile offices in Sussex and into Surrey, offering unrivalled levels of quality, service and value, being members of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents with a network that includes the Guild's National Property Centre on the prestigious Park Lane in Mayfair, London. Furthermore the offices are members of the Ombudsman scheme and many of our directors are members of the NAEA.

“Now established for almost 25 years, Mansell McTaggart is a forward-moving company always eager to expand with little regard for economic predictions but instead confidently working on a careful 'thought process' as to new areas we feel would benefit from an established independent brand. Newly opened offices are always complimented by our nearby branches, all being carefully linked and strategically located to provide a vast team of property professionals throughout the mid-Sussex areas. All fifteen branches are under the guidance of separate directors and, backed by their knowledgeable and enthusiastic teams, market-expertise and experience is guaranteed within all the individual areas of Sussex.”

Although at the forefront of market technology with all offices linked by a computer network, the company still believes that any advance in technology never takes the place of 'local-knowledge', commitment and the all-important 'personal service' to clients and to those seeking to embark on any aspect of the 'property world'.

Mansell McTaggart also has a Land and New Homes division specifically designed to identify and maximise the potential and value of development opportunities, not only helping larger National developers, but also offering advice to the general public and local developers and in this regard the company has acquired, advised on and sold a large number of sites within Sussex during recent years.
