We are Lero Property - we have tons of studios and one-bedrooms (and a few two-bedrooms) available for rent. Our parents started our rental agency in the swinging sixties so our business has been established for over 50 years! London’s flower power days are over and now the six Grade II listed buildings we manage on Craven Hill Gardens have become one of London's most sought after addresses. We principally deal with the 6 buildings we manage on Craven Hill Gardens, the plus side of that is we know who your neighbours are and have much more control over the buildings than other agents who have flats skattered about. We are a very hands on agency and like to think of ourselves as helpful. Our office is around the corner from Craven Hill Gardens so we are close at hand should you ever need us, even if it’s just for a chat. We have a “housekeeper” who is around most of the time and can help you with all sorts of things, whether it’s borrowing a mattress while your parents/friends are visiting or looking after a pot-plant while you are on holiday, just ASK!…. Queensway, Bayswater, Lancaster Gate and Paddington underground stations and the location is surrounded by numerous bus routes, the transport network makes it very easy to navigate around London. (No matter where you are in London, stranded at 5 am, there will always be a bus going to Paddington or Oxford Street) Moments from Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park - Great for professional working locally or in the City, Ideal for Students Imperial, RCA or RMC (20 minute walk /12 mins by bike) or others like UCL, CSM, whatever other acronym you can think of! We actually love to rent to students for the academic year! ** We are about 10 minute walk from Notting Hill, which is great. Paddington is up and coming. Hurray!
