Kendall & Associates Luxury Real Estate

K&A is a Portuguese company, headquartered in Foz, in the city
from Porto, since January 2005.

We are present in 4 areas: Residential, Leisure, Corporate,
Hotels and Resorts.

In the Residential area we bet on the luxury market in prime
areas.

In 2007 we also decided to invest in Downtown Porto and it’s
urban rehabilitation.

In 2008 we were the first official Portuguese mediator of
SRU - Porto Vivo and during these years we have given our
contribution to the much-needed rehabilitation of Downtown
Porto.

In 2017 we moved our headquarters to the marginal of Foz,
where we opened a K&A flagship with great visibility.

In 2019 we consolidated a new team, we participated in two
Real Estate events, we launched the first K&A magazine and we
developed other tools in the field of mediation real estate.

In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble
cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - Let’s get home for homeless
people in Porto.

From 2021 we intend to expand the K&A brand to include other
areas of the country.
