Richard Piddock MNAEA
Partner
Richard started his career in estate agency in 1986, with a corporate agent in the local area and went on to manage offices in Orpington and Bromley. He joined Alan de Maid in 1989 as a Manager and progressed to the role of Associate Director. In 1998 Richard joined Jonathon de Maid as partner at the Chislehurst office and has extended his participation in the growth of jdm. He is also integral to to the future development of jdm.
Jonathon de Maid MNAEA
Partner
Jonathon started his career in 1979 at Colin Gray in Chislehurst, a market leader in its time. In 1989 he became a local board director of TSB property services where his responsibilities included expansion and marketing. In 1996 he started jdm Estate Agents with wife Margaret & brother Jeremy. Jonathon has been instrumental in the growth of jdm to five residential branches incorporating Lettings, New Homes and strategic Land Management.
Steven May MNAEA
Manager
Steven May has worked in estate agency for the de Maid family since 1989 and joined jdm Chislehurst in 2002. He has extensive experience of the local market having worked in Chislehurst for nearly 26 years. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and passed his Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency in 2005.
Debbie Wyatt
Assistant Branch Manager
Debbie has lived locally and has been in Estate Agency since 1997, having worked for a local corporate agency at different branches throughout the Bromley borough. Debbie joined jdm in February 2010 and has never looked back.
Sue Garlick
Assistant Branch Manager
Sue Garlick is local to Chislehurst and has worked in the estate agency industry for over 23 years. She joined jdm in 2004 having worked for a number of years for a local corporate agent and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Lorraine Ray
Senior Negotiator
Lorraine Pagonis is local to Hayes and has worked in the estate agency industry for over twelve years . She joined jdm in the Summer of 2009 and specialises in both new homes and residential sales looking after, in particular, high end clients.
Kristina Smalinsky

Kristina joined jdm in 2011 having worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. Her professional, friendly approach combined with a somewhat underestimated quality - common sense, will help make your buying/ selling experience a pleasant one.
Geraldine Duncan

Geraldine grew up in Petts Wood and now lives in West Wickham, she has worked in the property industry for over 12 years. Prior to working at jdm Geraldine worked in the hospitality industry and therefore has a wealth of experience in customer relations. Barbara Leighton lives in Bickley and has worked in the property industry for over 25 years.
