Amy has worked in Estate Agency since 2008, and has worked for Stuart since 2009 after completing her apprenticeship. She formerly managed one of Stuarts Bairstow Eves branches before moving to the Crookes office after becoming part of the Hunters Group. Amy provides exceptional customer service and ensures the staff give the same level of care to all clients. When Amy is not at work she enjoys music, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Olivia Butcher-Chapman
Letting Negotiator
Olivia joined the Hunters team in April 2018 as an apprentice Lettings Negotiator. She strives to ensure enquiries and maintenance issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Olivia can be found baking tasty treats or spending time with her family when she isn’t at work.
Megan Addinall
Lettings Negotiator
Megan joined Hunters in April 2017 having always had an interest in the property market. She has recently finished her apprenticeship and HNQ Lettings Diploma, and continues to provide an excellent level of customer service. In her spare time, Megan enjoys socializing with friends and eating out at a range of different restaurants.

Caroline has worked with Stuart for 20 years and during this time, she has kept on top of the fast paced environment of lettings. She has gained great knowledge working in the property industry and thoroughly enjoys working for Hunters. She has lived in the West of Sheffield all her life and her hobbies include playing golf on a Sunday and exploring different cities.

Stuart Goff, commenced business as Goffs Estate Agents in 1967 in Sheffield city centre and then opened the very first agents in the suburbs with Woodseats, Hillsborough and Crookes by 1970.

Stephen has worked in property for over 15 years starting at the family business “Goffs” in 2002. In 2004 he attended Sheffield Hallam University and completed his degree in Urban Land Economics whilst working for a local firm of Chartered Surveyors becoming a qualified Charted Surveyor. He re-joined the family business as Hunters, helping to build our Crookes, Hillsborough & Woodseats branches to market leaders in their respective areas.
