Jo joined the team in 2018 with 10 years of sales and management experience. As a local, Jo has a wealth of knowledge of York and the surrounding villages which enables her to successfully assist Ben Hudson is carrying out valuations. Jo prides herself in the customer service she provides and goes above and beyond to secure the perfect buyer for her vendors.
Joe McllwaineSenior Sales Negotiator
Joe joined the team in summer 2019 having relocated from Warwickshire. Joe brings significant experience and knowledge in negotiating successful sales and achieving the best possible price for both sellers and buyers. Joe thrives on external appointments, meeting potential sellers at their property valuations and carrying out viewings. Joe is currently training to be a mortgage advisor.
Having been ‘on the fringe’ of Hudson Moody since its conception in 1996; Tarnia joined the company officially in 2013 as a Director. As well as keeping Ben organised, she can be found manning the phones, keeping the software and website up to date and assumes a special responsibility for New Build developments. Tarnia works hard to ensure all clients receive the very best service and levels of customer care. With all four children now involved in the family business: Tarnia is never far away.
