Andre takes a hands-on approach to running the business and rises to the challenge. Andre is part of a tight-knit family and loves having everyone together for a meal in her dining room, the best room in the house. Her idea of heaven is a weekend away at a health farm to enjoy a relaxing massage.
James Smith
Sales Manager
James is born and bred in North London and has resided in Winchmore Hill for the past 10 years. James has always had a passion for property, and started working as an Estate Agent 11 years ago and never looked back! He has always worked in Enfield, and could probably name you every road, pub and school around! As well as property, James also has a passion for DIY and enjoys perfecting his own house. He has three young boys and is often on bike rides, picnics and walks with his family.

Lynne was born in Liverpool and is a natural people person. Her ideal home would be an old wooden house set in a forest, overlooking a lake with a large table for eating and drinking and a space for dancing.

Erin was born in Surrey but has been drawn to North London for the past 10 years of her life.Erin started her career in property at Havilands in Summer 2019 as a personal assistant to Andre Chris. Since then she has bought and renovated her own property in Hertfordshire with her fiancée.She has an insight into the daily running of the business and hopes to be the next Andre Chris of her time.Erin's dream is to own a property in the countryside either in the UK or NZ.

Born in Hertfordshire, Jay moved to North London 4 years ago where he began his career in Estate Agency. Since moving to the area Jay has familiarised himself with his surroundings and now knows it like the back of his hand!
