All our valuers are Directors of the practice and have a minimum of 12 years experience within the area and all are either accredited by RICS or NAEA (professional bodies). We specialise in all aspects of property matters, from New Build Developments to Property Auctions, where we hold a minimum of six throughout the year. We are also able to offer a full professional valuation service, such as Probate, Estate Division, Agricultural Land and many more. Our team of RICS Surveyors are able to carry out full Home Buyer's Reports and/or Lending Valuations. As well as been one of the market leaders locally for property sales, a core part of our business is Lettings and Management. We can offer either a Let Only or Fully Managed Service with competitive terms available and full referencing and credit checks of tenants as standard.
