Branch Manager
Jade started with Dawsons in 2006, beginning her career in administration, and has worked through the ranks of negotiator, valuer to the branch manager she is today. Jade is a key staff member in the busy Swansea office. She is highly thought of by customers and staff alike, with a professional nature and friend to all with an impeccable memory to boot.
Kelly Christmas
Lettings Negotiator
Although Kelly came from a background in retail management she has settled well into her role as a negotiator here in Dawsons, joining us in 2014. Kelly has made a huge impact on the Swansea office, both socially and physically and is most certainly a key member of the team. Since joining Dawsons Kelly has caught the running bug and can often be found along the seafront .
Gethin Holt
Lettings Negotiator
Previously living life in the sunshine working as a holiday rep, Gethin joined the company in 2007, working in the Swansea office as a negotiator and specialising in our student lets. Gethin is a family man who loves nothing more than to pack up his camper van and escape at the weekends.
Annette Grinter
Property Maintenance Co-ordinator
Annette joined the maintenance team in 2015 coming from a property management background previously. Annette is a tonic to have in the office, and you can often hear her laughter coming from the maintenance office. When not in work Annette is a fantastic baker, mother and grandmother.
Yvonne Jenkins
Property Maintenance Co-ordinator
Yvonne has worked part time in our maintenance team here in Dawsons since 2008. Yvonne is a ray of sunshine to the maintenance team, bringing calm and tranquillity to the busy setting, and very often cake of many varieties. When not in work Yvonne enjoys spending her time with her family.
Josie Harris
Senior Residential Lettings Property Inspector
Josie came to Dawsons as a property inspector within our property management team in January 2019 with experience of working within another local estate agent and has since become the senior property inspector in February 2022. Prior to working within estate agency Josie has experience within the beauty trade. In Josie’s spare time she enjoys relaxing with her family, holidaying with friends and taking Alfie for a walk.
Laurence Christmas
Senior Consultant, Client Support and Valuer
A man of many talents Mr Christmas started his working life as a tailor in London before settling into a career in property here in Swansea in 2003. Laurence then joined Dawsons in September 2013 and has enjoyed a varied role here ever since. Now with his wealth of knowledge, Laurence interacts with both new and seasoned clients on market appraisals and guiding them along their journey as a landlord. Laurence is currently based in our Swansea lettings branch assisting all 5 of our branches.

Veronica Mortarino
Residential Lettings Administration Coordinator
Veronica joined our Swansea Lettings team in January 2022 within the role of administration, bringing with her a great deal of customer service and administration skills spanning from over a decade of extensive face to face client interaction. Along with her skills and experience Veronica brings to the office her love of property after studying architecture in Italy and her continued study of Interior design. When not in the office or studying you will find Veronica making real Italian pasta and
Hayley Lewis
Residential Lettings Property Inspector
Hayley joined Dawsons within our property management, client support and property review team in July 2022. Having achieved her degree in teaching in 2012, and working for several years in the hospitality trade, Hayley’s hard working nature, teaching experience and customer service experience will provide a great basis for her career in property management and the client engagement in her role. Outside of work you will find Hayley enjoying the quiet life with her family and walking the dog.
Karen Akasha
Residential Lettings Property Management & Inspector
Karen brings with her over 30yrs experience in Facilities Management & Property Management of both commercial and residential properties for a landlord property portfolio’s overseas and within the UK, she is passionate about buildings and enjoys problem-solving for landlords and tenants. Karen has consulted on local builds and projects for the education section and brings with her a wealth of experience. Karen likes reading and painting with oils and acrylics, spending time with her family.
Elizabeth Mugford
Residential Lettings Administration Coordinator
Liz joined our "Team Dawwsons" in our Swansea Lettings branch in February 2023 after wanting a career change from working within the banking industry for 18 years. When Liz isn't in the office you will often find her out swimming, attending comedy clubs and spending time with her 4 children and 2 cats.
Marcus Man
Residential Lettings Property Inspector
Having graduated in July 2023 achieving a degree in Property Development and Planning, Marcus joins our property management team in Swansea as an inspector, bringing with him a great deal of knowledge of all aspects of building development and management. Outside of the office you will find Marcus perfecting his swing on the golf course, or relaxing friends and family.
Jack Laytham
Residential Lettings Consultant
Jack joined the Swansea lettings team in June 2024 with a wealth of customer service skills and marketing experience from his degree and time in hospitality. We are looking forward to seeing these skills in action through his role here at Dawsons. When not in the office you will find Jack busy enjoying the coastline of Gower with his surfboard, watching films or building lego.
