Steven has developed a wealth of experience since joining Dacre, Son & Hartley in the mid 90s. He worked at the firm’s Keighley and Saltaire offices before moving to Bingley in 2007. He is Area Director covering the Bingley, Baildon and Saltaire offices. A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, Steven has also attained a Diploma in residential estate agency, studying at The University of Reading College of Estate Management.

Daniel joined Dacres Bingley as Office Manager in 2017. He has a wealth of estate agency experience having previously managed a branch for a national corporate agency within Ilkley and the Wharfe Valley. Daniel has a fantastic knowledge of the local Aire Valley market place and is best placed to offer the right advice to both our vendors and buyers. Louise joined Dacres in 1996 giving her 22 years of experience. Louise loves living in Bingley with her partner Nick and three children. Living in Bingley all her life gives her true local knowledge and contacts enabling her to provide high standards of service and information to all of our customers. She has experience across a number of roles including negotiating as well as providing first-class market knowledge and administrative support for the sales team.

Lisa joined the team as a Sales Negotiator at the Bingley branch but previously worked at Dacre Son & Hartley from 1997 to 2013 working in various residential lettings and sales roles, which has given her a depth and breadth of knowledge and a range of unique skills in understanding the needs of all stakeholders involved in the buying process. Luke joined Dacres as Lettings Manager in 2024 and operating from the Bingley office, he manages lets across the Aire Valley including Baildon, Saltaire and Keighley. He has a wealth of experience having worked in agencies since leaving school and as he lives locally and was born in Bradford, he has a deep understanding of the local market.
