When we started Cooke Curtis & Co in 2015 our only aim was to do things a little better and hope that we attracted enough clients who saw value in our more considered approach.
7 years on we've grown to be bigger and better than you might realise. We now regularly sell more properties than any other Cambridge estate agency office and have recently been awarded BEST Overall UK sales agent 2022. One of the countries most prestigious awards.
And our Lettings team has recently been awarded The British Property Awards Gold Winner for Cambridge. We've not become market leaders because we're the cheapest or the most ruthless, but because we've stuck to our ethos.

Sam Cooke
MNAEA
Partner
Sam Cooke became an Agent in 1999 and before starting CC&C in 2015 worked as a senior manager at some of the area's most successful independent estate agents. He has sold many hundreds of local houses during his career.
Sam's family can trace its Cambridge roots back over 500 years and he counts among his close relations a former Director of Cambridge United and former Mayor of the City. He grew up in Fulbourn and Stapleford and now lives Trumpington with his wife and three small children.

Jamie Curtis
Partner
Jamie Curtis started working as a Cambridge Estate Agent in 1992 and since then he has been responsible for the sale of thousands of properties locally.
His career began with a firm on Regent Street and he has most recently worked as an Associate and Associate Director of two of Cambridge's most successful independent estate agents.
Jamie was born in Cambridge and now lives in Fulbourn with his wife and youngest son.
-
Ian Chapman
Director
Ian is one of Cambridge's most experienced local estate agents. He was born and raised here and started working in agency in the mid-90s on Regent Street. He opened his own firm in the early 2000s, eventually selling his share in the mid-2010s and then pursuing a career in land acquisition and new homes. But, though we occasionally try to deny it, estate agents are estate agents and Ian is now back doing what he's best at with CC&C. Ian lives in Over with his young family.

Julia Bailey
Director
Julia first started in estate agency in 1988 and for the last 20 years has gained experience at some of the leading agents in the city. She's therefore enormously experienced in these villages having dealt with many hundreds of sales in this area over the years.
Julia shares our view that the best estate agents are independent, local companies employing long-experienced, local people who want to do the job properly to build a long-term reputation.
