  David is the Lettings Manager in the York office covering all aspects of the business including advice on pre-letting prospects, market rent, market appraisals, viewings, let progression and property management. David is also a member of ARLA to ensure both the business and landlords comply with all legislative requirements, policies and procedures.

  Will has lived in the York area for the majority of his life and has a wealth of local knowledge about the Yorkshire region. He has a wide range of residential property experience including having worked in the London market for a number of years. He has expertise in selling a wide range of properties varying from city centre apartments to country houses.

  With over 20 years as a valuer and Sales Director, David leverages extensive property knowledge to lead the York office sales team. His experience spans both sales and lettings, enabling full consultancy services. When not at work, David enjoys family time and erratically failing at golf.

  Sue joined Carter Jonas in March 2019. With no previous experience in Estate Agency, she has become an integral part of the residential sales team in York. As the first point of contact for clients, Sue is friendly and approachable and often goes 'above and beyond' in her role and enjoys the variety of duties the position brings to her. Sue has lived in York since she the age of 7, so she has good knowledge of the city and North Yorkshire.
