Kim Bays
Associate Partner, Head of Lettings
Kim has been Head of Lettings at the Mayfair office for the past 17 years. She has intimate knowledge of the Mayfair & St James’s areas having worked in agency in Mayfair for over 22 years and is classed as one of the top lettings managers in the area.
Samuel Richardson

Samuel joined Carter Jonas in 2011, for two years prior to that he was working in the Surrey property market. In addition to Estate Agency, Samuel also has experience working in the London construction and property development industries. Samuel spends much of his spare time either with his young daughter or playing golf.
Alastair Bartlett

Alastair began his career in property in 2014. He has invaluable experience of the prime real estate market from the City of London to Belgravia and Chelsea. Alastair brought his wealth of experience to the Mayfair team in 2018 when he joined as a Senior Negotiator with a specific focus on the Mayfair and St James areas.

Florence graduated from Cardiff University where she studied Human Geography, a year of which was spent living in Sweden. She began her lettings career in the Marylebone property market in March 2017 and joined the Mayfair office as a negotiator in May 2019 bringing her Marylebone knowledge to the Mayfair team.
Holly Butler
Senior Coordinator
Holly joined Carter Jonas in 2015 after five years with Grainger Plc and prior to that studied Politics at the University of East Anglia. Holly is a senior coordinator and supports the lettings team undertaking day to day administration, marketing and also occasionally undertaking viewings.
