We handle residential lettings, HMOs, full property management and sales across Coventry, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bedworth, Nuneaton, Rugby, Solihull, Leicester and Hinckley. For landlords, we find responsible, referenced tenants and manage the day-to-day so you don't have to — from compliance and inspections to maintenance and rent collection. Our HMO experience means we're comfortable with the properties other agents find complicated. For tenants, we aim to make renting straightforward: clear terms, a team that answers the phone, and repairs dealt with properly.
