Breckon & Breckon is an independent firm of Estate Agents established in 1947 and now operating from a network of seven offices in the county of Oxfordshire. We are property professionals with many years of experience in the local market. Whilst we are constantly recommended by many firms of solicitors, high street banks and other institutions, we are very proud of the fact that the majority of our new business comes from the personal recommendations of past clients. As a privately owned company we are able to react quickly to changes in the market. We constantly review our marketing, often setting new standards for other estate agents to follow. As an established agent we have a large database of prospective buyers that is shared throughout our network of offices. This database is accessed through our state of the art computer system enabling us to match properties to buyers without delay. However, none of this innovation means a great deal if it is not backed up with the right staff. Chris Dixey
Director
Chris has been managing the Summertown office since 2009. He really enjoys the challenge of finding homes for families in the North Oxford area and gets real satisfaction when buyers who have been looking for a long time finally find somewhere. When Chris isn’t going from appointment to appointment on his company vehicle (a Pashley bicycle), he loves to travel and explore new places. Chris was made a director of the Summertown branch in 2016.

Lucy Kirby
Operations and Administration Manager
Lucy joined Breckon & Breckon in 2014 after completing her degree in English. She is now our Operations and Administration Manager and uses her organisational skills to ensure smooth running in the Summertown office and across the company. Lucy has a keen eye for detail and prides herself in delivering a high level of service to both clients and customers. Having just bought her first home in West Oxfordshire, Lucy is very busy honing her DIY skills with varying levels of success.

Patrick Tustian

Sales Manager
Patrick came to estate agency after a career running events in London for various brands including Red Bull and Kiss FM radio. He spent seven years learning his craft with a corporate firm across Oxfordshire including gaining NAEA certification, before joining us in August 2019. He lives in North Oxford with his family and joins the swathes of Breckon employees who are doing their bit for the climate by cycling to work and many of his North Oxford appointments.

Luke Mazonowicz
Senior Sales Negotiator
Luke joined the Summertown office during the summer of 2016 after achieving a 2:1 in Law with Criminology at Nottingham Trent University. He is now an exceptional member of the team and enjoys the challenge and buzz of a busy office whilst providing a quality service throughout the sales process, gaining satisfaction from being able to hand over the keys. Outside of work Luke enjoys working out at the gym, going out for dinner and socialising with friends.

Since joining the company in 2015, Joe has moved through the ranks and now heads up our New Homes Sales team. Having recently bought a new home himself, Joe really is the best person to discuss the benefits of buying new! He is also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents after passing the NFoPP Technical Award in The Sales of Residential Property, giving him knowledge in every aspect of the selling process.

Having joined the Breckon and Breckon team from a local corporate agent, where she began her continuing focus on New Homes, Cheryl has now firmly set her roots in the local Woodstock property market. She has lived in Oxfordshire since 2008, moving here from Yorkshire; bringing with her a friendly and honest approach, along with a strong desire to get the job done, whilst making sure her customers are put first

Melissa joined Breckon & Breckon in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience having both sales and lettings knowledge. She now works in the New Homes team and enjoys every aspect of her job. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her partner Reece and going out for dinner with family and friends.

Having worked in estate agencies from the start of her career in 2014, Sophie joined the Breckon & Breckon team in 2019 to specialise in providing information and advice to our customers of our New Homes sites across Oxfordshire. She is passionate in her customer care and will always go out the way to make sure her customers are put first. Outside of work, Sophie spends time with her son Ethan as well as enjoying time with her friends, travelling and talking about cars.

Dawn joined the New Homes team in May 2019 bringing with her over 15 years worth of experience in the property industry. She has a huge passion for property and uses her friendly and calm approach to ensure she delivers first class customer service to all she deals with. In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with her husband Mark and two children, Jessica and Jamie. She can often be heard cheering her son on at football from the side lines at weekends!

Ben has amassed a wealth of experience since joining the company in 2007 and has helped Breckon & Breckon to its prominent position in the market place. Thorough, diligent and consultative, Ben is dedicated to identifying potential land plots and tracking them throughout planning. He also assists with bringing new homes developments to the market. Ben is a valuable contact for developers seeking to buy land, and also private owners looking to unlock the potential of their land.

Nina joined Breckon & Breckon in 2018 to specialise in Land & New Homes. She brings with her over 13 years of experience within the Property Industry from a number of different perspectives. Nina is passionate about service; she has a genuine commitment to detail and a high level of energy to the work undertaken on a client’s behalf. Outside of work, at this present moment in time, you will probably find Nina running as she is training for the London Marathon.
