Adrian Cannon
Local Director
Adrian began his Estate agency career in 1998, at one of the largest independent estate agents in the UK. Having been with Bourne from the very beginning back in early 2009, Adrian and his highly dedicated and experienced team have seen Bourne of Farnham become the areas number one estate agents. As the Director of the Branch he has seen the office grow from strength to strength through hard work, a loyal team, extremely high standards of service and ‘word of mouth’ recommendations.

Stuart began his career in the late 1980’s and worked for both corporate and independent companies at director level before starting up Bourne in 2009 bringing a wealth of experience to the business. He has lived in Farnham for many years with his wife and two children.
Adam Pinfield
Sales Manager
Adam has worked within residential sales since 2005, gaining a wealth of local knowledge by helping vendors, buyers, property investors and developers to achieve their property endeavours. He joined Bourne Estate Agents in 2009 and has been instrumental in the success of this Flagship office. Since joining Bourne Adam has built strong local connections with many investment buyers and developers, achieving superb testimonials due to his professional approach.

Robert has been in the property industry since 1996 and has two wonderful children with his partner Emma. Robert has been part of the team since early 2015 and brings with him a wealth of estate agency experience across Surrey and Hampshire.
Jenna Yates
Lettings Manager
Jenna is the Lettings Client Manager for our Farnham office and has been with Bourne since March 2014. Over the years she has worked in our Alton, Petersfield and Farnham office so has a good understanding of the local market. She offers excellent customer service, attention to detail and has a pro-active nature, as well as being passionate about providing professional advice and expertise on all aspects of lettings to our clients.
Rebecca Bray

Having worked in hospitality for 10 years, Rebecca’s customer service background has taught her to always greet her clients with a smile whilst demonstrating a wealth of professionalism and enthusiasm. She joined Bourne in January 2020 and brings her undeniable dedication and positive energy to the team in Farnham.

Hannah has built up a wide range of property experience, having joined the expanding Guildford sales team in 2016. Hannah’s property knowledge means she can support the Farnham lettings team in all aspects of customer service throughout the lettings processes and is an invaluable part of the team.

Annie has joined our team in 2021, she has lived in Farnham all her life and has a five year background in hospitality as well as completing a fashion degree. Annie is a great people person and brings great customer service skills and friendliness to the team. Outside of work she rides horses competitively in British show jumping and eventing.

Hayley joined Bourne at the beginning of 2018. She is local to Farnham and when away from her desk she loves spending time with her energetic 9 year old son and dog.

In 2016 and looking for a new challenge, Ian qualified to provide advice on both regular and life time mortgages and has worked in these areas since then. Ian has a wide range of sporting and non-sporting interests including voluntary work with various charities.
