  Adrian began his Estate agency career in 1998, at one of the largest independent estate agents in the UK. Having been with Bourne from the very beginning back in early 2009, Adrian and his highly dedicated and experienced team have seen Bourne of Farnham become the areas number one estate agents. As the Director of the Branch he has seen the office grow from strength to strength through hard work, a loyal team, extremely high standards of service and ‘word of mouth’ recommendations.

  Owner

  Stuart began his career in the late 1980’s and worked for both corporate and independent companies at director level before starting up Bourne in 2009 bringing a wealth of experience to the business. He has lived in Farnham for many years with his wife and two children.

  Jenna Wills

  Lettings Manager

  Jenna is the Lettings Client Manager for our Farnham office and has been with Bourne since March 2014. Over the years she has worked in our Alton, Petersfield and Farnham office so has a good understanding of the local market. She offers excellent customer service, attention to detail and has a pro-active nature, as well as being passionate about providing professional advice and expertise on all aspects of lettings to our clients.

  Rebecca lives in Alton with her fiancé Sam and her beautiful dog Phoenix. Having worked in hospitality for 10 years, Rebecca’s customer service background has taught her to always greet her clients with a smile whilst demonstrating a wealth of professionalism and enthusiasm. She joined Bourne in January 2020 and brings her undeniable dedication and positive energy to the team in Farnham.

  Hayley has worked for Bourne since the beginning of 2018. Having previously worked in sales for 12 years, Hayley decided to put her organisational skills to an administration role for our busy office in Farnham. She is local to Farnham and when away from her desk she loves spending time with her energetic son and dogs.

  Associate Lettings Director

  Becky has spent 17 years in the Surrey Lettings industry predominantly for independent agencies. She is an ARLA member and currently studying for an upper level in her ARLA qualifications. She is very knowledgeable about the rental market but also legislation. Her priority is customer care and to ensure that high communication is coupled with a positive friendly experience. She has two young children which she loves to spend time with and enjoys going to the theatre and to dinner with friends.

  Andrew embarked on his professional journey more than 20 years ago with a prominent national agency, contributing to the success of two thriving offices in Berkshire and Hampshire. His previous collaboration with Stuart made the choice to join Bourne a natural one, especially following the establishment of the first office in Farnham in 2009. After overseeing the Alton & Petersfield office for over 12 years, Andrew has now returned to Farnham where he brings a wealth of knowledge.

  Isabel has a 7 year background in hospitality and has decided to venture into the field of lettings. She is personable and has good customer service skills. She has recently come back from travelling around Australia and New Zealand and outside of work loves to spend time with her friends and family, exercising and loves interior design.

  Tom has worked closely with Bourne since 2017, he has a wealth of knowledge across Surrey having worked in Farnham, Woking & Guildford. Having worked in both Lettings & Sales Tom prides himself on rapport building with Vendors, Landlords and Buyers alike. Tom enjoys spending the weekend with his Son or going to watch the Football.

  Patrick joined Bourne in 2023. He enjoys the gratification of ensuring a customers expectations and requirements are met, viewing himself as a tool in helping clients achieve the goal they set out to complete. Outside of work Patrick enjoys socialising with his friends and family.
