He joined Bourne Estate Agents in 2009 and has been instrumental in the success of Bourne Estate’s Flagship offices. Since joining Bourne Adam has built strong local connections with many investment buyers and developers, achieving superb testimonials due to his professional approach.

  Christian began his career in 2000, he has worked for both corporate and independent companies, up to Managing Director level. He has lived in Guildford for many years with his wife and child and is very engrained within the local communities.

  Becky has spent 17 years in the Surrey Lettings industry predominantly for independent agencies. She is an ARLA member and currently studying for an upper level in her ARLA qualifications. She is very knowledgeable about the rental market but also legislation. Her priority is customer care and to ensure that high communication is coupled with a positive friendly experience. She has two young children which she loves to spend time with and enjoys going to the theatre and to dinner with friends.

  Aliyah’s career initially started within the fashion industry as a stylist, she really enjoyed matching a clients needs and personality to an outfit. Aliyah has always had a passion for interior design and so estate agency seemed to be the natural progression for her. She has a real passion for meeting with clients and helping them make one of the most important decisions of their lives whilst offering the highest level of customer service at all times.

  Monika joined our Bourne family in 2023 as an Assistant Lettings Manager. Having worked for some large corporate agencies in and around the Home Counties and South-West London for the last 7 years, she has a strong desire to make her mark in a leading independent agent in the Elmbridge area. She is ARLA qualified and thrives to be the best assistance to our landlords on their lettings journey with us, as well as tenants on their journey to find their new renal home.
