Black Katz also have dedicated administrators solely looking after all aspects of paperwork, credit checks, references, Right to Rent Checks, Sanction Checks, procuring APT's etc .etc.
Alex Nunzi is our sales director and he or his team would be happy to help you with any questions you may have. The office also has a dedicated administration officer who collates references and ensures tenants are financially viable to rent property.
The administrator also prepares the legal aspects of a tenancy including preparation of tenancy agreement (Sourced from The Letting Centre).
