Sam is the backbone to all the often unseen but vital part of the smooth running of what is an exceptionally busy office. Having started with Berrymans in 2001 Sam has become a vital part of the well-oiled machine that is Berrymans and someone who we all rely on enormously.
Outside of work Sam is a talented artist enjoying painting water colours and enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family.

Berryman's since 2000 and is the lettings manager for the Burnham-on-Sea branch. Having always worked within lettings. Penny is a member of ARLA Propertymark, the UK's foremost professional body for letting agents. Originally from Mark, Penny now lives in Burnham and in her spare time enjoys keeping fit and travelling.

Millie Lehaney
Rental Adminstrator
Millie joined Berrymans in 2017 after working in a local agency for the past 16 years. Prior to that, Millie was in the Army and has lived all over the UK and several posts abroad. Her role at Berrymans is very much front of house, dealing with initial enquiries and customers who come into the office. Outside of work, Millie enjoys keeping fit and looking after her grandchildren.
