  Paul Davis is the Managing Director of Bellgrange Estates and his prides himself on giving a personal, and bespoke service. Paul has over 20 years’ experience in estate agency (over 15 as MD of Bellgrange Estates). Previously he worked in Radlett selling mostly high end properties and also in Potters Bar. In his spare time he enjoys swimming, cinema, spending time with his friends, family and is an Arsenal fan.

  Francine Davis

  Director

  Francine is a director of Bellgrange Estates. For 25 years she was an independent financial adviser and mortgage broker, operating her own IFA company. Francine’s main role within Bellgrange Estates is to deal with the property management. Francine also deals with all financial and staff matters, and overseas all administration. She is also an ARLA qualified inventory clerk. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and spending time at her property in Spain.
