An is fascinated by the constantly evolving legislation and regulation within lettings and makes it a priority to be informed and up to speed on all such matters current and pending. An also heads up the company account management.
Steve Akl
Head of Admin
Steve joined baseps in 2015 and heads up our admin team- if there is paperwork involved (eDocuments of course) then Steve will be overseeing it. From terms & conditions, to tenancy agreements to notices everything is handled by Steve. He also oversees our Right to Rent checks and tenant referencing. His super-friendly, helpful demeanor mean he is loved by all!
Terence Thorogood MARLA
Head of Property Management
Terence joined baseps at the start of 2017 having previously run a sizeable management team at a major London estate agency network. He brings nearly 20 years experience in the role all within the London property market and is an expert in regulatory compliance. Terence oversees the day to day management of our entire lettings portfolio, manages insurance claims for clients, undertakes tenant 'maintenants' property life skill tutorials and much more.
Zoltan Abbott

If you end up moving into one of our fabulous homes, Zoltan is your first point of contact for maintenance issues that may arise day to day. Having joined us in 2021, Zoltan quickly got to know our portfolio and works hard to deal with issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring your tenancy can continue without hinderance or difficulty.
Tristan Gage
Marketing & Admin
Tristan joined base in 2019 after working in creative industries and brought with him expertise in visual media. He manages all of base's marketing content for the entire property portfolio, providing not just the photography and floor plans, but also high resolution virtual tours and stylish videos to accompany every property. Alongside the media side of the agency he also assists our applicants in registering to finding their dream home and organising property viewings.
