Our office is in the centre of the village and we are open 5 days a week All our properties are given the same level of service and care by our dedicated staff and we endeavour to look after our managed portfolio to a high standard. Our referencing process through Rent4sure is thorough and once an acceptable reference is received a full Rent Guarantee and Legal Expense Guarantee for non-payment of rent is available at an additional cost for all new tenants. All rents are paid via BACs and we email statements to Landlords in PDF format, or alternatively if preferred they can be posted to you.We are a member of Property Ombudsman and a registered SafeAgent we hold Professional Indemnity and Clients Money Insurance and we are regularly audited. As a result, we are registered to hold deposits and Clients Monies and therefore can offer Landlords the choice of two deposit schemes being My Deposits where the deposit is held by this Agency and insured or the free Custodial Government Scheme.We can also hold monies for overseas Landlords and we run the Inland Revenue Non-Residents Landlords Scheme and our membership number is NA 48994 so provided an overseas Landlord has an approval number we can transfer your accounts immediately.Our aim is to give good value for money and our fee to Landlords will not increase as we carry out annual rent reviews on all our properties and as our commission rate is based on the rental income, we should obtain a small increase year on year by ensuring rents are kept at market value.
