We charge a fixed fee from £1,499, whatever your home sells for. Every month we also keep a few places for people who want to pay even less we do this to give back to the community in any way we can. Selling

• Sell for under £750. Each month, 5 sellers get our Essential package at half price.
• Sell for free. Through our community programme, 5 sellers a month pay no agent fee at all. It's for people who need the help most, like families on tight budgets, older homeowners and single parents. Ask us if you qualify.
• Sell at auction for £0. With our Modern Method of Auction, you pay nothing and the buyer covers the fees.
• A 12-week agreement with a 14-day cooling-off period. No long lock-in. If we're not right for you in the first 14 days, you can walk away. And if no viewing is generated within the first 4 weeks you are also free to walk away.

Letting

• 10 landlords a month get no £449 setup fee and 2 months' free management on our Gold full management package.
• Management is 10% up to £999 capped at £99 a month for rents over £999 (inc VAT), however high your rent goes.
• Our own trades handle repairs. Builders, electricians and gas engineers from Armaani Property Limited (Construction Team), working in Bradford for over 25 years. You won't be chasing outside contractors.

Refer someone and get £150

We pay £150 for every property you send our way, with no limit.
