Meet the team
With over 30 years’ experience in the residential property market I have handled the sale of numerous high end homes, many of which have been off market transactions. I am immensely proud of my business and the people who work for it, all of whom have contributed towards its success.
Guy FisherSales Negotiator
I have worked in St John's Wood for over 30 years and with Arlington Residential for over 12 years. The ‘independent boutique’ approach to property has enabled me to embrace all the prime areas in North and Central London – from Highgate to Marylebone. My knowledge of these areas is something I consider crucial benefiting both sellers and buyers alike.
Alexandra Fleck MARLALettings Negotiator
I began my property career in St John's Wood when I joined Arlington Residential 1999. Over the years I have cultivated a deep rooted local network of loyal clients and tenants, and have developed an excellent understanding of both market appraisals and tenancy negotiations (underpinned by my ARLA qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management).
I have been working in St John’s Wood for over 15 years. During these years I have established long-term relationships with a large number of clients and buyers and have built a loyal following based on an honest approach and an understanding of their requirements. My hard work, continuous communication and attention to detail always leads to outstanding results for my clients. I have successfully handled a significant number of high end sales in some of the most sought after residential areas,
I have been working as an estate agent in Belsize Park and Maida Vale for the last seven years. Since 2012 I have discovered the fundamentals of being part of a successful lettings department. It is imperative to have a good relationship with owners and tenants, so everyone is looked after throughout the term. I joined Arlington Residential as I feel we have the same priorities on many aspects, giving a more personable touch, always willing to help, advising people honestly and wanting to strive forward within the industry. Before starting my career, I went to the university of Winchester where I studied Politics with Law and then did a MA in Managing Contemporary Global Issues; this taught me a lot about where we are in the world and where it looks like we are going. Outside of the office I like to be active, so I run (hoping to compete in my marathon next year), play football and go to the gym. I enjoy (at times) supporting Arsenal, going to the matches, spending time with friends and family and watching movies.
I studied Psychology at the University of Worcester and continued my education by pursuing a masters degree in Functional Neuroimaging at Brunel University from which I graduated in 2015. Since then I’ve been working in various office support roles including operations, quality assurance, credit control and administration. I’ve recently started my career in property in the Hampstead area where I was involved in running a lettings office. Having joined Arlington Residential, I particularly like the boutique estate agency approach because it gives me the opportunity to take more responsibility in managing the office, being involved in advertising and marketing new properties. I am passionate about animal welfare, and I particularly like cats, so I spend my free time taking cat sitting bookings and going out exploring London.
