Rent

Deposit

The contract holder will pay a deposit equivalent of one months' rent, prior to commencement of the Occupation Contract. This will be returned, less any deductions agreed, at the end of the contract subject to an inspection of the premises and confirmation that all bills have been paid. The deposit will be registered with The Dispute Service under their terms and conditions.

Outgoings

The contract holder will be liable for all outgoings, including electricity, council tax, water etc.

Referencing Procedure
