The house has 2 bedrooms, a big shared bathroom and garden.Room is newly refurbished and furnished with a bed and a new mattress bought a year ago, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a desk and an office chair. Welcome to bring a Tv although I have a monitor in place if wanted. 5 min walk to train station so easy to commute and access busses. Airport is a stop away, easy access to motorway M3/M27. Located by swan centre, lots of entertainment around, cinema, good good food, bowling area, gym, parks all 5 min walk. Off road parking is plenty of it, but requires a paid permit.Bed has plenty of underneath storage as well. Must come and see! Women preferred only please. Tenancy is for one person only and prefer no overnight stays professionals, considering students, open to different nationalities and wanting to learn more of other cultures. Done a bit of travelling in Asia and love the Filipino culture and food. I am a calm fun person, very easy going, organised and tidy, love to have fun and see friends, play sport! Iam an nhs worker, work keeps me on the go most of the time, want to share my house with someone lovely friendly, kind and considerate who is tidy and organised and likes things calm and easy going who is respectful of one's space and things, is fun to live with and good sense of humour, don't mind if you are timid either :)
Sometimes I have friends coming to visit me for a cuppa and other times have dinner or do a BBQ. Really Lovely next door neighbours too and safe neighbourhood . I don't drink, don't smoke. Would Love a pet someday! My schedule in general is working Monday to Friday and atm doing most Saturdays as well, not home during day time but like coming home to just relax in the living, watch a movie, cook or chill in the garden. Would want someone that keeps noise levels down at night time, is a professional/responsible as well, considerate with mutual respect. Wanting a person that doesn't work from
