We talked to our existing housemates who are now working from home post Covid, looked at the facilities provided by co-working spaces and set out to design a fantastic house share that combined the best of co-living and co-working ideas to meet their needs. We are really excited to see how these spaces are used.

So come and take a look at our newly refurbished co-living property, designed for 6 working professionals, with a unique, fully equipped co-working hub in the garden🌳. The hub has large office desks, chairs with great back support and specialist lighting to provide a great working environment. It is fully insulated with heating for our cold winters and air conditioning for our hot summers. A breakout area, coffee station to refuel and a cloakroom save you going back into the house. There is also a separate meeting room with soundproof walls for the occasional private meeting or call you need to make. With a bright and airy work hub design overlooking the garden, we think working from home could not be easier or more comfortable than this.

Your larger than average en-suite bedroom is fully furnished to a high spec with a divan bed and amazingly deep orthopaedic mattress for a great night's sleep. There is lots of storage with a large wardrobe, deep chest of drawers, dedicated luggage storage, underbed storage. A bedside table with a reading lamp along with plenty of shelves so you can personalise your room. A large desk in front of the main window provides a great place to work with a comfortable office chair and space for multiple monitors. 5 double sockets gives you flexibility on powering your devices. Your en-suite is a large modern shower room with handheld and overhead rain shower, wall cabinet, mirror and heated towel radiator as standard.

Whether you are a beans on toast person or a budding master chef our extra large kitchen is designed for sharers. As you would expect in a modern kitchen there is a range style cooker with 6 burners including a large wok burner, 2 ovens and grill, built-in microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hot water cup dispenser, toaster, Italian coffee machine, drinks fridge and 2 large fridge freezers. Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and accessories are all supplied and there is dedicated personal cupboard space for your stuff. There is even a heated towel rail for your tea towels and a cordless Dyson hoover for those pesky crumbs!

Your Dining area comfortably seats 6 to enjoy a meal with your housemates, grab a bite on your own or just have a coffee and do your emails in front of the telly.

Want to chill ?, the Lounge area has a large comfy corner sofa overlooking the garden with a coffee table, cosy rug and a large Smart TV including a Netflix subscription. What better way to relax!

Our peaceful garden has comfortable garden furniture and a BBQ for relaxing, working or socialising. We even have our own fig tree! There are two outbuildings, one large and one small. The small outbuilding is a secure bike and storage shed. The large outbuilding is your work hub!

Under the covers, the house is definitely smart. Connectivity is key and as you would expect we have Virgin business grade wifi covering all areas of the house, the work hub and the garden along with wired ethernet in bedrooms so you will never be without a signal. Integrated usb charging on sockets save on using external chargers and our Nest video doorbell and Google Home Hub system allows you to speak to callers from the Home Hubs or via your smartphone as well being able to ask Google for the weather or latest recipe.

Being environmentally conscious is very important to us. We have maximised the insulation on this 1950's house to keep you warm and toasty in the winter and cool in the summer. There are also features you may not have come across before to help keep energy usage as low as possible such as a hot water heater rather than a kettle, a heat pump tumble dryer which recycles the hot air, sensored lighting, underfloor heating and fully integrated smart heating controls.

Your rent includes a weekly cleaner, window cleaner, gardener and of course attentive landlords that are responsive to any issues you have including maintenance!. All bills are included.
