First of all let me tell you about Rowen - in my opinion one of the prettiest villages in North Wales it is on the western slopes of the beautiful Conwy Valley and get to it by turning off the B5106 at the Groes Inn. The road takes you past a couple of attractions, The Dutch Pancake House and Conwy Water Gardens down to the village pub, The Ty Gwyn. The road then leads up through the village to the farm which is accessed over a cattle grid along a private drive. The scenery in the Conwy Valley and over the river is spectacular.

This semi detached house is full of character. It has gas central heating (bottled), kitchen, living room (with open fire if required), conservatory leading to the garden, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The house has parking for two vehicles and had a large garden which would suit a keen gardener as will require regular maintenance.

Please note the electric and water to the dwelling are both provided by A sub meter attached to the main meter for the site. The landlord reads the sub meters periodically and calculates the usage for each property.
