The park comprises two substantial plots of land of 10.9 hectares (26.91 acres) and 10.7 hectares (26.37 acres) respectively, totalling 21.6 hectares (53.28 acres).

Up to 78,965 sq m (850,000 sq ft) of new commercial buildings can be constructed on the site, subject to planning.

Bespoke building to suit occupiers specific requirements are available from 2,323 sq m (25,000 sq ft) upwards. Detailed proposals and plans are available upon request.

Buildings can be made available on either a freehold or leasehold basis.

Browick Business Park sits just to the south of Gateway 11, which is one of the county's most established business locations and is home to a number of occupiers, including Norfolk Constabulary, Williams Lea, the Post Office and the Norfolk & Waveney Mental Healthcare Trust.

Browick Business Park is situated in a highly prominent and accessible location, immediately adjacent to the A11 dual carriageway. The B1136 Browick Road provides access from the A11 to the Park and beyond into Wymondham.

The A47 Norwich Southern Bypass is approximately 3.5 miles to the north-east. The A11 provides swift access to Norwich, as well as Thetford, Cambridge and the M11 to the south.
