All rents are exclusive of the following:

Business rates paid direct to Tandridge District Council (assuming it is your only premises then all the unit would be in line for Small Business Relief which works on a sliding scale and at this size leads to a reduction). Bills including electricity, water (approx 2% of rent, charged bi-annually July & February 1st) & building insurance (charged half-yearly November & April 1st, which last year was approx £300 for the year).

We normally work on a one year licence, with rent reviewed at the end of the year, but any increase limited to inflation/rpi.
We require two months deposit and rent payable a month in advance.
