The main villa (700 sqm – 7,532 sqft, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) is on two levels. On the lower floor are the large reception hall and the dining room with kitchen: Both rooms overlook the patio with views of the garden and the sea as far as Talamone and Punta Ala. The staircase leads up to the first floor, which is used entirely as a sleeping area and consists of five bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and private walk-in closets. Each room then has a French door leading out onto the sea-view balconade.

The guesthouse (300 sqm – 3,228 sqft, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is located at the entrance of the park and is on two levels as well. State and finishes
Built in the 1960s, the villa has been for years a high society gathering place and a landmark for Italian socialites. To this day, the service area has, in addition to a traditional kitchen, a large outdoor summer kitchen that includes a pizza oven, barbecue area and washing area that allow the use of catering and home cooking services. The building is still in good condition, with most of the original finishes still present and well maintained. The only room in need of substantial modernization is the bathroom on the ground floor of the outbuilding.
