The property has its own water from boreholes, for an average continuous flow rate of about 15 liters per second. There is also a tank with a capacity of about 1 million liters of water. From the highest part of the property the sea is visible, and furthermore the terminal part is located in the reserve and pre-reserve area of the "Cavagrande del Cassibile" and is crossed by the river. This extraordinary territory is known as the Grand Canyon of Sicily and is part of an itinerary highly appreciated by international tourism.
