The houses are made of European Oak with 25cm columns, joined with mortice and tenon joints. The ceilings are from 3 to 5 meters high and the roof tiles are made by the leading German manufacturer Creaton and come with a 50-year warranty. The stunning carved, interior and exterior doors are created from teak and have been especially manufactured on the island of Java for this project, they are a real work of art.

All the houses have high quality solid wood parquet flooring; panoramic 3-meter tall, energy-saving windows and electric black-out blinds for complete darkness and finished by linen curtains.

The bathrooms feature an inner washroom and powder room and an outer courtyard bathing area, with marble and porcelain ware products by Kohler, usa.
