The closest airport is the one in Verona (47km; 45’) but the terminals in Milan, Venice and Bologna are equally convenient.

The internal layout of the building would also make very easy a conversion plan of the building into a single villa, maybe used as a boutique hotel, which could offer up to 16 bedrooms for its guests.

State and finishes
The building, dating back to the 16th century, is in excellent structural condition but needs some works to restore and valorize its finishes. The original features are still present but are in some cases damaged or in bad shape: On the ground floor there are a beautiful frescoed hall and the original vaulted cellar.
