Andros belongs to the renowned islands complex of the Cyclades and it is situated 35 nautical miles east of Athens (2 hrs boat ride).

Andros, apart from being one of the closest islands to Athens, has many other virtues such as many sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, an important cultural presence and interesting nightlife. Being positioned at the northernmost tip of Cyclades and close to the mainland Andros is ideally positioned for sailing trips in the Aegean. The property is located in the town of Andros or Chora, the capital town of the island of Andros, at a distance of 400m from the beach.

The attic is accessed from the upper level, through a wooden staircase, and is a single room leading to a large open terrace that provides unparalleled views towards the north-northwest overlooking Nimborio beach and the opposite mountain slopes scattered with the houses of the nearby villages. Finally the basement comprises two individual small studios-flat, and the boiler room.

The studio-flats offer a basic level of accommodation and are completely independent from the rest of the property. Each one offers living areas, a bedroom and bathroom. The garden is a green area with grass, trees and rose bushes, while along its western boundary there is a stone-paved area, shaded with a pergola and a vine, which overlooks the garden.

There is also an adjoining closed parking building that can accommodate at least three vehicles. It can be accessed directly from the house through the small garden and a small door.
