The first nucleus of Palazzo Mancurti Del Carretto dates back to 1600 and was built following the marriage between the Count Mancurti, of a family known belonging to the local nobility, and an exponent of the Del Carretto family, belonging to Savona nobility.
The building was then donated to the City of Imola in the '800 and purchased by Magistretti Lords.
The construction of this lot went on from 1600 through the centuries up to the present structure.

Restoration:
The restoration plans to store and restore all elements testifying the originality of the building: Are thus recovered frescoes, coffered ceilings in wood on the rooms of the building in Via Garibaldi, existing stairwells, covering vaults and ceilings of value of the common paths and stairs, brick vaults, hardwood floors and roofs with wooden beams and tavelline, as well as equipment and decorative elements inside and prospects.
