Melendugno, a tourist town boasting wonderful beaches with crystal clear water, has been awarded Blue Flags since 2010 and the 5 sails by Legambiente and Touring Club just a few years back. Torre dell’Orso, one of the most well-known seaside resorts of Salento, can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while it takes about 15 minutes to reach Lecce and Otranto.

Description of the buildings
The property is made up of six buildings, for a total surface of 1860 sqm (or 20000 sqft).

The main building, an Apulian masseria (960 sqm – 10,330 sqft, 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms), is laid over two levels, composed as follows:
- Ground floor reception hall, bar, restaurant with two rooms, kitchen, toilets, seven bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, porch (217 sqm) partially closed by a glass window;
- First floor three bedrooms with bathroom and an apartment made up of two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Building N°2 (4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is made up of four guest bedrooms with bathroom. Two of these have been reworked to be disabled-friendly.

It was also forwarded a project to create a 26-stopping places camping, with a reserved surface of approximately 1.1 hectares.

The remaining surface is covered by buildings and relative services, including an outdoor pizzeria, dance floor and horse stables. The property also breeds courtyard animals such as goats, chickens, geese and ducks.
