Description of the building
The historic building (3,660 sqm – 39,381 sqft) is laid out onto six floors (one of which underground). The building includes 71 bedrooms, halls, services, technical rooms, cellars and kitchens. The ground floor is embellished by ample halls decorated with frescoes painted in 1902 by Giuseppe Cherubini and recently restored. The staircases connecting the floors are enriched by a beautiful Liberty-style railing.
The part of the building used as a restaurant is laid out onto two floors: Ground floor and basement, with two separate accesses on two different avenues. The three shops located on the ground floor are not included in the sale but could be purchased separately if wanted.


Use and potential uses
The palace was a prestigious hotel until recent years, a business that could be started all over again once completed the necessary renovations. Alternatively, it is always possible to use the building as a private residence and/or representative seat. Another project could involve the conversion of the building into a commercial business.
