Description of the buildings

The historical building (899 sqm – 9,673 sqft) is laid out onto three above ground floors, plus a panoramic terrace and a cellar in the basement. These floors (all connected by stairs and elevator) host 13 apartments for guests, each made up of a bedroom, a dining room with kitchen and a private bathroom. Only exceptions to this rule are one of the apartments on the last floor (which has three rooms and has exclusive access to the terrace) and an apartment on the ground floor (which has a single room). State and finishes
