The RF3 is one of our most popular designs, it features three bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. This fixed price includes our full turnkey service and 0.28-acre (*approximately to be confirmed by deed plans) plot for the RF3.

Kyleakin (Caol Àcain) is the gateway to the Isle of Skye, which sits on the Southeast coastline with the iconic Castle Moil looking over it.

Kyleakin is an extremely sought after location on Skye, especially because of its strong sense of community and the village itself has a pretty marina, a couple of high quality hotels, a village shop and several restaurants.
