The fixed L-shape sofa with fold out occasional bed and freestanding armchair are ideal for sharing relaxing family time together, made all the more cosy by the framed fireplace with 'Bach' electric fire.

The contemporary kitchen includes high-quality appliances, from the Thetford 'Cocina' oven with grill, four-burner gas hob and stainless steel hood, to the full height integrated fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. 'Metal Block' worktops with matching upstands and distinctive cupboard doors in 'Porcelain' reinforce Biarritz’s renowned sophistication, and a freestanding dining table with 'Rochelle' chairs provide an ideal space for entertaining.

Biarritz’s fresh main bathroom is as practical as it is chic, with a large shower cubicle featuring glass sliding door and thermostatic shower, dual flush WC, extractor fan and LED vanity spotlights, and a convenient WC and sink are located off the main bedroom.

You’ll find DuvalayTM mattresses with Crib 5 rated fabric on all beds, as well as handy bedside cabinets and overbed storage. For extra refinement, the main bedroom has a king-size bed with lift up storage and a vanity area with mirror and socket.

Offering superb thermal performance, Biarritz is equipped with uPVC white windows, lagged underfloor pipes and thorough floor, roof and wall insulation. Inside, a gas water heater keeps everyone comfortable.

Interior layout:
A lounge leads on to a spacious 13ft x 13ft deck where you will find the jacuzzi and outside seating. The lounge is open plan with the kitchen and dining area off which a door to a hallway provides access to bedroom 2 containing 2 x single beds and a wardrobe. The hallway then leads to the family bathroom containing a wc, sink and large thermostatic shower. Next you enter the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, walk in closet area and ensuite bathroom containing a wc, sink and large thermostatic shower.

13ft x 13ft deck with frosted glass privacy screening. Jacuzzi hot tub and external seating. Grassy areas with sunny or shaded areas for recliners. Access to the Trans Pennine Trail for walking and cycling (10km to Hornsea or 10km to Hull City Center).
